...but after five years of trying various fertility schemes, decided to adopt a chinese child. They went to China with a group of 8 couples and single mothers and visited with the homes and caretakers of their children!

They arrived back in Brooklyn, where they live with the most endearing 9 month old daughter! She's now 16 months old and the delightof her cousins, grandparents, and friends.

Her Parents are musicians and Mia Shan is very responsive to music and responds by moving rythmically and joyously to their music making!
