Sunblown and Grown

For some unknown reason, one year, my garden grew tall. Each of us kids had a small patch to call our own. We chose the seeds and the arrangement of plants (within the perscribed and cramped rows). One year, my plants of my patch grew and grew and grew and grew and grew beyond everyone elses. Being the middle kid, I felt a little embarrassed and completely confused! After a while, though, i took some pride in this surprise of nature. Now i think that it was because I had sown the seeds in the richest soil. But maybe it was a sign that life would be full of surprises.
